For so many of us, Halloween brings out some of our fondest memories! From dueling ghosts, black cats, ghouling ghosts and trick-or-treating kids running from house to house, this quilt captures so many of those fun times ... and of course, don't forget the Candy Corn! Plus, the bat border is adorable, and the jack-o-lantern home is fabulous! This quilt measures 61" x 73" - perfect to showcase in your favorite Halloween spot in your house!. It features Maywood fabrics, and was desiged by Arlene and Melissa of The Quilt Company.
This is a 6 month BOM, or you can choose to have it shipped All at Once. The BOM (or full kit) includes all of the fabric required to complete the quilt top as shown, in the exact fabric as shown, including binding. Easy-to-follow instructions are also featured in each of the patterns, which are also included. Coordinating backing fabric is also available and will be shipped with the first month.
This project is from The Quilt Company, famous for some of our most popular previous projects, including Lovebird Lane, Rosebud Lane, Thyme to Water and Holly Lane. Designed by Arlene Stamper and Melissa Harris.
Add special delight as the piecing and applique progresses by using the Accessory Fabric Packet, which contains a sheet of fabric with 9 pre-printed designs on it that you cut out and sew into the quilt...the costumed animals in the barn door (the hen has devil ears on with a pitchfork under his arm!), the quilt on the “Spells & Stitches” block, the ghosts & books in “Ghoul School” and more! The Accessory Pack is included with the Block of the Month cost.
There is also a very cute specialty button pack, which which includes the jack-o-lantern pumpkin, the spider in the window, the owl in the barn and the swirly star on the tip of the witches hat. This is optional and NOT included in the Block of the Month cost; you will need to order it separately if you'd like to have that.
This BOM program is for six months. Each month for the first five months you will receive all of the fabrics to create a fun haunted house block. In month six you will receive all of the fabrics to finish the top including two outer borders and the binding. THE BLOCK OF THE MONTH INCLUDES THE FABRIC ACCESSORY PACK, which you will receive the first month. The button embellishment pack is optional, but also available - you will need to order that separately.
And if you can't wait to get it finished, you can order all 6 months at once and have it done for Halloween or sooner!
Coordinating backing fabric from the collection will also be available for a limited time. Patterns and accessory packs can be purchased separately, or you can purchase the block of the month fabric without the patterns if you already have the patterns.
