We have released a few crazy quilt collections in the past; one of Christmas Crazy quilt and the second was included in our Quilting Essentials Premium Collection. In both of those collections we created the crazy quilt pieces much as standard applique would be completed, we then held them in place with decorative motif stitches.

For this collection I wanted to go a different route and create the blocks using our folded fabric method. The end result is a cleaner look that is quicker to stitch. We also included a few different shapes in this collection, the rectangle and the small square. These shapes allow you to create more interesting combinations. 8 Transitional Blocks in 4 sizes each (7.8", 6.8", 5.8", and 4.8").
