We have created tile scenes in the past, most of them consisting of 20 or more blocks to create a scene. With the Toile Tile Scenes Special Edition we have created a tile scene using only six blocks! What makes this collection really special is that there are 8 different six-block scenes that can be stitched and sewn together for a large quilt or wall tapestry. You can also stitch one scene and create a small wall hanging or place mat.

The designs are digitized to look like vintage toile with beautiful countryside scenes that contain animals with floral motifs and laurels. The designs were all hand digitized and use only one color of thread so they stitch very quickly.

The designs were created using a unique 4-ply stitch that when finished look bold so that all of the details stand out. There are also sashing blocks included for creating large quilts. Each of the scenes come in 4 sizes, 7.8″. 6.8″, 5.8″ and 4.8″. The blocks are created using our Mix and Match quilting technique so they are easy and fast to create.
