This pattern includes digitized embroidery applique designs compatible with the Quiltworx Dinner Plate Dahlia Queen. Foundation papers and applique sheets are sold separately.
The CD contains machine embroidery designs in the following formats: .art, .art60, .dst, .exp, .hus, .jef, .pes, .vip, and .vp3.
There are three methods to complete the embroidery for your dots: applique with decorative embroidery, applique with a satin stitch, and solid embroidery. (See front pattern cover for examples.)
The designs have been divided up so that they can be stitched out using a hoop with an embroidery field that is 150mm x 400mm (5.8” x 15.7”) - OR at least 200mm x 300mm (7.8” x 11.8”)
The quilt is divided into four quadrants. In each of the quadrants there is a Left Unit, a Corner Unit and a Right Unit. Each Unit requires two hoopings.
Full-sized layouts for each of the sections are included as PDFs (they are “tiled” and can be taped together)
SVG and PDF Cutting Files included. There are also instructions for preparing Applique circles using the Stitch-N-Peel Templates.
You will receive the CD with the design and instructions as noted above. If you need to have a download instead of a CD, go ahead and order the CD and let us know in the comments section of your order that you need the design downloaded.We also have Hemingworth or Robison-Anton Thread Kits available to match the fabric kits for some of these Judy Niemeyer projects, or we can do a custom thread kit for you to match the project you are working on! The thread kit pricing is for one spool; order the number of spools you will need and place your color requirments in the coments section of your order.
