The Wagon Wheels King Border extension pattern can expand an 80" x 80" quilt to 118" x 118" by turning it on point and adding the Wagon Wheels Pieced Border. And coming in 2023, if you would like to expand a 68" quilt to a King Size design, you will need to purchase a 281D border as an intermediate border to go from 68" x 68", along with the Wagon Wheels Border pattern to expand your quilt to 118" x 118".
