This pattern was designed by Kit Morse and Julie McAuliffe exclusively for Always Quilting as a 2009 Saturday Sampler offering and has been very popular ever since! The blocks were also featured in the 2020 Virtual Shop Hop By the Bay. It is traditional pattern with a twist, as each house holds a sampler block. Use 1-1/2" strip rolls, fat quarters or other yardage. Finished block size is 12". The pattern includes all of the block patterns, the house frame pattern, the log cabin blocks, and piano key border.
