This pattern by Carolyn Griffin for Cut Loose Press is a great way to use your Row by Row FREE patterns and feature the FabricPlates (license plates) you are collecting. We did a fun version with Always Quilting's 2015 rows - we did two of them - so you can see how fun it is! Very easy pattern; our sample was made in a day (with the rows having been already made). What a great way to remember your Row by Row summer travels!
