This Toni Whitney design captures the stunning grandeur of the buffalo in the fields. From the artist, "Into the Storm" is a quilt patterned from my painting of a nearby area where bison roamed freely years ago. It is easy to envision great herds of these animals roaming the fields of prairie grass with high soft clouds moving slowly across the horizon. However, blue skies can turn to black in a moment's notice on the open range as it did for this lone bison braving into the storm." This pattern contains easy to follow instructions, full size layout guide and pattern pieces that are already reversed for applique.
